Help & feedback
Let’s make it easier.

Using Connect
Create and share a card
Open Connect, add your details and images, then review your previews. Your card goes public when you create it. Share its link or show its QR code.
Open ConnectFind or edit an existing card
Open the main menu, choose My projects, then select your card to open its manager. Choose Edit card to make changes. Sign in if asked. If you created a card without an account, use its private management link. You can also choose Create → Connect → Add an existing card with verified access from the main menu.
My projectsManage your team
Open the main menu, choose My projects, then select your team. Its manager lets organizers work with shared details and members. Members use their private management links. Opening a team does not send email; Send and Resend are separate actions.
Check email delivery
Open your team manager and choose Check status for the delivery you want to review. Accepted means the email provider accepted the request. Delivered means the receiving server accepted it. Neither confirms inbox placement or that someone read the email. Keep management links private.
Keep, organize or remove work
Archive and restore to active
Archive moves work out of the default Active list. It does not change publication: an archived card may remain public. Open Archived from My projects or a manager, then choose Restore to active.
Unpublish or move to trash
Unpublish takes a card offline while keeping its content and ownership. Authorized republication uses the existing link where hosting permits. Move to trash takes the selected content and its public media offline and blocks editing, publication and sending. Review the exact card, project or team scope before confirming. Removing a member from a team is separate: the card keeps its owner and public status until you act on that card.
Trash shows an exact recovery date, 30 days after the confirmed action. Choose Restore before that deadline. Previously public cards return online only if hosting, ownership and permissions still allow it. Independently trashed children stay in Trash. Restoration sends no emails. If your Basic management session expires, use its existing access-link verification to reopen Trash. An access-verification message is separate from card delivery.
Permanent cleanup is disabled pending independent review. Final removal awaits support review or cleanup activation. Legacy deleted records have no new recovery deadline and are not automatically recoverable. Copies already downloaded, cached or accepted by an email provider cannot be recalled.
Open TrashAccount deletion request
In Account settings, open Account deletion request to review owned products and team relationships. This is a verified support-review request for the whole account, distinct from one product’s Trash action. A sign-in less than 15 minutes old is required to submit it. Track or cancel the request there.
The request alone does not hide content or begin a deletion countdown. Support must resolve shared-team ownership and protected platform access before a deletion decision. No ownership transfers silently. Immediate provider erasure, third-party copies and backup erasure are not promised.
Account settingsHosting and inactivity
Pilot hosting keeps its recorded expiration date. Basic hosting has a separate annual activity-confirmation policy. Automatic inactivity reminders and hiding are disabled in this release. Lack of edits does not establish lack of use, and work is never permanently deleted solely for inactivity. Existing hosting rights are not shortened.
